Until the ecclesia is seated in authority, our cities will continue to have the same sad statistics and our influence will continue to be less than God intended. Understanding that our mandate is to rule and reign and then, and only then, will we be able to see cities and nations come to God. This conference will address issues of Ruling and Reigning in our spheres of influence and each person will walk away with practical steps to implement in becoming the true light and governing authority on earth.




Dr. Mark Chironna

Dr. Mark J. Chironna has been in the people-helping business for more than four decades. With a media presence spanning almost 175 nations, his message of wholeness through the integration of the spiritual and psychological is heard across the globe. He is a theo-semiotician, and has a father’s heart for emerging generations and serves as the Presiding Bishop of Legacy Edge Alliance, a worldwide fellowship of senior apostolic leaders and churches. Bishop Chironna is regarded as an influential leader whose global reach, clarion voice, and prophetic insight are respected by leaders and followers alike. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wagner College, a Master’s Degree in psychology from Saybrook Graduate School and University, and a Doctoral Degree in Applied Semiotics and Future Leadership Studies from George Fox University, and is the founder and senior pastor of Church on the Living Edge in Orlando, Florida. He and his wife Ruth have two adult sons and three grandchildren.

Apostles Mark and Patricia Estes

Mark and Patricia Estes are catalysts for city unity among churches and are great examples for leading five fold ministries on the seven mountains of societal influence. They have been the Senior Pastors of a multicultural congregation, North Palm Community Church, for 25 years. Mark and Patricia are both ordained Bishops and are founders of North Charleston Apostolic Center. Having ministered in many countries and in conferences with thousands of people, both find their hearts drawn to finding the gold in people and leading them in discipleship. They are now building an apostolic hub to resource the new wine being poured out in preparation for the great harvest. Mark is a dynamic teacher of the word and has written many curriculums that are used to build the body of Christ. Patricia flows in a prophetic anointing and is gifted in organization and strategy to build the Kingdom. She is Founder and CEO of Kingdom Consulting. Mark and Patricia have been happily married for 35 years and have three children, Stephen who at 19 years old was moved from earth to heaven, Deborah who is married to James (Jimmy) Hong and Anna, a freshman in College.

Apostles Mark and Ann Tubbs

Mark Tubbs is the Missions Apostle of Harvest International Ministry (HIM). In addition to serving as local church pastors for more than 24 years, Mark and his wife, Ann, have led trips to East Africa and other hotspots around the world, with a passion to strengthen the global Church. They both lead HIM Kenya, which encompasses 3,000 churches in that nation. As a part of HIM, Mark works with ministries worldwide, encouraging church leaders, organizing short-term missions trips and sparking revival and transformation. He also has a passion to teach at Wagner Leadership Institute (WLI) sites in the USA and abroad. As parents of three children, Mark and Ann both minister prophetically and love to release the Kingdom and glory of God in the earth today.

Apostle David McDonald

David McDonald has dedicated his life to build networks for the Kingdom. Originally from South Africa, David and his wife Dee attended the Rhema Bible School and graduated with a certificate of Ministry. David flows in a dynamic prophetic gift and along with Dee has served as Senior Pastors of churches in South Africa, Australia and the United States. David has traveled to over 40 nations, teaching and training church leaders. He has founded training centers in South Africa, Uganda and Kenya that supports national pastors and hosts an annual conference where over 500 National Pastors receive much needed ministry and refreshment. Over the years David has been asked to father many Pastors. Recently David has been assisting churches to become apostolic centers. David and Dee serve as Network Apostles with North Charleston Apostolic Center and along with assisting to build a new wine network in the Apostolic Reformation also offers Schools of the Prophetic and Apostolic. David and Dee have been married for 29 years and blessed with three children, Jonathan who is married to Stacey and have just had their first child Josie and live in Australia.
