Level One:
The Spirit of Truth has identified the individual as a pastor from the SOD with the Assessment

Level Two:
The individual has received the revelation from the SOD and has committed to join the five fold team of pastors

Level Three:
The individual has successfully integrated into the five fold, is learning through the team and is faithful to assignments in the team

Level Four:
The individual can be assigned to assist in classes on behalf of North Palm and is an influencer in the team. The individual is participating in shepherding assignments within the church, is being trained in a higher level of shepherding such as SOZO, deliverance or family ministry.

Level Five:
In this level, the individual is anointed in the office of pastor and could be sent out to pastor groups, teams or cities and could be called on in the local body by the Apostles when needed. The person is a natural gatherer of people and is sought out by others for advice and counsel.
