Level 1–2: Starting the Climb
From Idea to Launch
This course is for aspiring entrepreneurs who have an idea but need a clear framework to move forward. Instead of guessing, rushing, or relying on scattered advice, you’ll work through a structured process that helps you understand your business before you launch it.
In this level, you will learn how to:
- ✓ Turn your idea into a clear, workable business plan
- ✓ Conduct basic market research to understand your niche and customer
- ✓ Design a business model that supports long-term sustainability
- ✓ Create financial projections, including sales, profit & loss, and cash flow
Level 3–5: Scaling the Peaks
From Established to Taking New Territory
Does your business feel stuck? Are you ready to grow without losing your vision? This course is designed for established entrepreneurs who want to refine, optimize, and expand their impact.
Note: The Spanish option is currently available only for Level 1.
In this level, you will learn how to:
- ✓ Reevaluate and strengthen your business model for better performance
- ✓ Increase profitability by analyzing income and cash flow
- ✓Network and collaborate with fellow entrepreneurs for support and synergy
- ✓ Create financial projections, including sales, profit & loss, and cash flow

How the Course Works?
Every business reaches moments that require clarity and adjustment. These courses are structured to help you assess where you are, identify what needs attention, and move forward with intention and focus.
Course Structure:
3 Live Gatherings at The Portal
Course Kickoff: Sunday, August 16 | 4:00–6:00 PM
Resource Night: Sunday, September 13 | 4:00–6:00 PM
Graduation: Sunday, October 25 | 4:00–6:00 PM
8 Zoom Sessions
Participants may choose one of the following weekly options:

Tuesdays | 9:30–11:30 AM
Tuesdays | 6:30–8:30 PM
Spanish Zoom
Tuesdays | 6:30–8:30 PM (Level 1 only)

Participants who successfully complete the first six weeks will have the opportunity to schedule an individual coaching session.
